Best of the Web Forms Award

Who is Eligible?

The best of the web forums award is open to all online Forums. Forums must have been online for at least 3 months.

A completed online entry form and fee must accompany each entry.

Unacceptable Material

Forums that contain improper materiel are not allowed in this Award. By improper materiel we mean Forums contain Adult content, pornographic material, profanity, nudity, propagate "hate" messages.

Disqualification of your Forums

You forum may be disqualified at any phase of the competition without notification.

Acknowledgment of Entries

Entrants Forums will receive an email acknowledgment when an entry has been received and Forums have been accepted into this competition.

Terms and Conditions of Entry/Usage

To be able to enter this competition, you must prove that you are the owner or a representative of the Forums. In the event that someone tries to enter this competition witout a permission from the Forums Owner, his entry fee will not be returned. The best of the web forums Awards are not liable for any copyright infringement or content in your forums.

You website must be up and running of entry until February 28 2011, and should be accessible via http and standard Web browsers.

Once you submit the entry form for your forums to this competition. You also acknowledge the right of The best of the web forums award use it for exhibition, promotion and publication purposes in any medium.

Timely submission of an entry meeting the eligibility requirements and payment of the entry fee as stated herein ensures that an entrant's Forum will be reviewed and considered for vote. No other representation or warranty is made by The best of the web forums award concerning entries and all implied warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed.

If an entry Forum receives an Award, the manner and details of announcing such nomination and award is strictly within the discretion of The best of the web forums award. Entrant understands that all awards may not be given or publicized in the same manner.
